Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy below.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products, including mattresses, due to hygiene reasons. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will arrange a carrier for collection, and the courier will reach out with a scheduled collection time. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
